Z library was a torrent site for books from 2002 to 2022. The website was a huge relief for students as books cost a lot they needed to. The saying education should be free is only regarded in quotes, not real life. For myself, I have downloaded tons of academic books for free and to think that now I will have to purchase them devastates me. so, I went on the internet to search for alternative sites that will help students like me. Let's see:

1. Library Genesis: The best alternative for Z library that works. It has over 2.4 million books in its database.

2. Open Library: It is a non-profit digital library with 60 million books in its database. It provides about 2 million free e-books and others can be borrowed.

3. PDF Drive: It contains about 78 million e-books which are available in PDF formats mostly.

4. Sci-Hub: The best alternative website to download research papers, and articles for free.

(There are many other alternatives but these are the ones I tried and felt were good enough for academic purposes. If I come across any other website, will for sure update you)

and there is a method of searching book names for ex: Business Law by J.Jayasankar Vk (VK is a Russian social media platform) and searching for the book. Maybe there is a pdf on VK you can use. It works sometimes.

Influence of Politics on Education System in Nepal

Education determines the future of our country, the more literate, the more liberal we will be. But just like some autocratic monarchs, Politicians are using the strategy to provide education of no use so that you can't fight back and question their decision. Before many kings used to only permit education for the royals or the rich ones who were in the favour of royals, the public was not allowed to get an education. It's one of the main reasons why they ruled us.

Today, countries with stable political situation such as America, Britain, Canada, Australia and more are rising their education level whereas we the developing countries with instable and corrupt political system are lacking on every aspect of development.

Things you can do to improve education system in Nepal are:

Joining in as volunteers for awareness programs.
Pressuring the government to change out dated educational system and adopt the progressive one.

But any of the suggestions only work when you all get together to bring change because its not a one person work it takes a village.

Roe Vs Wade Impact

The Supreme Court has overturned Roe V. Wade, the 1973 decision that established a constitutional right to an abortion in the US. Now decisions on the legality of abortion are left to the states. This means that access to abortion will vary dramatically, depending on where you live. While 16 states and the District of Columbia Have laws that protect the right to an abortion, 22 states have laws that could ban all or most abortions now that Roe has been reversed, according to the Guttmacher Institute, a policy group that supports abortion rights and tracks national abortion statistics. The organization details a patchwork of laws among these states, including pre-Roe bans, trigger laws, and post-Roe restrictions that will determine the fate of abortion access in the US.
The resolution passes. Nine states have bans on their books that predate Roe V. Wade, which have been unenforceable for the past five decades. Some of them date back to the late 1800s or early 1900s. These could be laws that could be enforced after this decision or as a result of this decision. States like Arkansas can now revive their Pre-Roe bans through official enforcement or by filing court actions. However, not all states with Pre-Roe bans are poised to enforce the laws. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitner and abortion rights groups have filed lawsuits to block the state's 1931 law that makes providing abortion at any point during pregnancy a felony. A Michigan judge, through a preliminary injunction, said the state can't enforce it.
Whereas others in states like Arizona, 13 states have passed so-called trigger laws on the condition they would go into effect If the Supreme court rescinded the constitutional right to abortion. However, each of these laws is quite different from the other one. And they can take effect at different times. In Kentucky, Louisiana, and South Dakota, the laws are enforceable immediately, but in Texas, Idaho, and Tennessee, there's a 30-day buffer period between Roe's reversal and when the laws go into effect.
In some states, trigger laws can only be implemented after state government officials, Such as Attorneys General or Governors, certify the high court's decision. Some states, including Georgia and Alabama, have sought to set stricter limits on when abortions can be performed during a pregnancy.
Georgia's ban on abortion around when cardiac activity can be detected and Alabama's near-total ban has previously been blocked in court because they conflicted with limits set by Roe. -Now the elimination of the federal protections for the procedure and the reversal Of the Supreme Court precedent means that it's possible they can be resurrected in some way. Some states don't have these specific restrictions or protections for abortion currently on the books and it remains to be seen what actions they will take in the future.
Meanwhile, abortion clinics in more liberal states have been preparing for an influx of patients. They are expanding their hours, adding more staff, and adding more days that they are available to accommodate what they expect to be even more patients coming in. Abortion providers in more restrictive states are also assessing how to support patients who will need to travel outside of the state for the procedure. Planning and figuring out how they will navigate this different and varying access to abortion across this country will be something that I'm sure will take some time to really nail down and figure out.

Yes, we can for sure create a PayPal account in Nepal. Paypal is a financial technology company where we can receive and send money online with just a few clicks. Nepal has had some rules and regulations where we were not able to link our bank account with PayPal. But, in 2021, Nepal launched a digital card called the dollar card. this dollar card are now being issued by few banks in Nepal. It has turned out to be very useful for merchants, students and individuals to send money to their loved ones and also to purchase services from all around the world.

So far 11 banks are issuing the dollar card, where we can visit and apply for pre-paid / dollar cards are:

NMB Bank, Nepal Investment Bank, Prabhu Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Nabil Bank, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, Kumari Bank, Global IME Bank, Himalayan Bank, Siddhartha Bank, Machhapuchchre Bank, and Sunrise Bank.

THESE CARDS ARE ACCEPTED BY PAYPAL.

There are a few limits on dollar cards which are governed by Nepal Rastra Bank:

1. We can load only 500$ per year.

2. We can only send money, we can accept payment or receive money on this dollar card.

( every bank has its rate of charge, which they take for applying for the card and loading the money into your card. After choosing a particular bank, you can go there and understand their rules regarding the dollar card.)
