Why do we need to create a PowerPoint presentation?
I am a student and I know how difficult it can be if you don’t know how to create a presentation. It’s a very common skill nowadays but many people are yet to be taught it. many of my friends still face difficulties while creating a presentation. so I have created this blog post to help them and others like them. Powerpoint presentations have become an essential part of many business and teaching presentations. I have used Canva to create a fully animated PowerPoint Presentation. They are easy to create and can be customized to fit the needs of the individual presentation. There are a number of reasons why you might want to create a PowerPoint presentation.
Some reasons to create a PowerPoint presentation include:
-To communicate a message effectively
-Show information in a visual way
-Keep a lecture or presentation on track
-Create a mood or atmosphere
Creating a PowerPoint presentation can be a fun and easy way to communicate your message to your audience. It can be a great way to show information in a visual way and engage your audience with you on a high level.
The steps to create a PowerPoint presentation are as follows:
Many people use Microsoft PowerPoint to create a presentation but I will ask you to use Canva instead. Don’t panic, it’s very simple to use, you just need to select a template and start editing it and you will have your presentation with you. You can also start from scratch if you want.
- Go to Canva and just sign up for free.
- Go to create a Design and enter “presentation”.
- Select a Template and click on the free version only for the pro version you need to purchase a subscription.
- After Editing Download the file as PDF or share it as Microsoft PowerPoint on your computer.
- And at last, you will have a PowerPoint presentation with you. You can add transition and animation to your file. You can also create infographic presentations and many more using Canva.
